Jet Pump (Eductor) Structural & Operational Disclosure

1. Operational Limitations & Monitoring Requirement:
This jet pump (eductor) is a specialized, high-lift maintenance tool designed for temporary, actively monitored marine dewatering, back-flushing, and evacuation operations. It is not an automated, permanently installed bilge system, nor is it equipped with autonomous float switches. This tool must never be left operating unattended. Continuous visual monitoring by a qualified crew member is strictly required throughout the duration of any fluid transfer or system flush.

2. Pressure and Temperature Thresholds:
This hardware is engineered exclusively for standard dockside and vessel utility water line pressures. It is not rated for high-pressure industrial washdown pumps, steam lines, or hydraulic loops. Operating this tool outside of its designated temperature and pressure thresholds can result in material failure, structural distortion, or localized cracking.

3. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver:
By taking possession of this physical hardware, the buyer and vessel operator assume all risks associated with its operation. The manufacturer (3D Fabrications) accepts zero liability for any incidental, consequential, punitive, or property damages. This includes, but is not limited to: vessel flooding, engine room compartment water damage, raw water cooling loop blockages, or mechanical failure of onboard yacht systems resulting from improper positioning, valve misalignment, or unmonitored back-flushing.

4. Proprietary Fluid Dynamics Integrity:
The internal fluid acceleration paths and internal nozzle configurations of this jet pump are the exclusive, proprietary intellectual property of 3D Fabrications. Purchase of the physical hardware covers a localized end-user license for physical operation only. Any unauthorized digital replication, 3D scanning, physical casting, reverse engineering of internal tolerances, or commercial resale of this geometry is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.
